Product description It is not only the excellent tactile characteristics that make the leather model Supermars S a globally unique product for the protection of fire fighter’s hands. The outer material used by ESKA is an extremely strong, fine pored, non-shrinking Multi-Block-Leather (water- and oil repellent and acid resistant). A further important characteristic of the glove is that it is equipped with a permanently fixed (ESKA patent) Crosstech® membrane and especially enhanced knit Kevlar®. These sophisticated materials make the glove waterproof, breathable anti-bacterial, and anti-static and offer wearers optimal protection from blood, bodily secretions, and pathogenic germs. Increased protection is also provided by a continuous wrist protector and a wide shock and heat absorber with reflector strips over the knuckles of the back of the hand. The palm, the back of the hand and the fingertips are additionally reinforced with Silicon-Carbon coated Kevlar® and therefore cut-proof, anti-slip and wear-proof in these sensitive areas. The model Supermars S-E is of the same performance profile as the model Supermars S, but it is finished with a knit Kevlar® cuff. Both models can be washed at 30 °C! Certified: NFPA 1971:2007

Equipped with a permanently fixed (ESKA patent) Crosstech? membrane and lining of especially enhanced knit Kevlar? the glove guarantees both a great level of safety and best possible comfort for the wearer. The sophisticated materials make the glove waterproof, breathable, anti-bacterial, anti-static and temperature regulatory. Above all, the membrane guarantees the wearer optimal protection from blood, bodily secretions, and pathogenic germs. The palm, the fingers, the fingertips and the sensitive wrist area are protected against heat and flames as well as against piercing and cut injuries by Silicon-Carbon coated, wear-resistant Kevlar?. Worked into the area of the knuckles on the back of the hand there is an additional wide heat and shock absorber. The back of the hand and the gauntlet are made of non-flammable Kermel?-HTA. The elastic gathering fixes the ergonomically formed glove in place. The model Jupiter III S-E is of the same performance profile as the model Jupiter III S, but it is finished with a knit Kevlar? cuff. Both models are washable at 60 ?C / 140 ?F.
